Meet Our Partners
Together with our partners, we can do so much to ensure quality online learning experiences for all students and educators.
Digital Learning Collaborative VLLA members participate in the DLC group and promote their work related to best practices in digital learning. Many VLLA members act as state affiliates for the DLC. VLLA, Quality Matters, and the DLC have partnered to provide oversight and lead a broad-based community effort to maintain the National Standards for Quality Online Learning. |
National Rural Education Association (NREA)
Expanding online learning opportunities in rural districts is one of the VLLA’s advocacy priorities. These opportunities can assist in bridging the gap of equitable educational challenges faced by rural districts and their community. The NREA, a voice for rural schools and communities, is a valued partner of the VLLA. |
CITES Virtual Learning Project
The CITES Virtual Learning Project provides promising practices related to educating and supporting students with disabilities and their families in online learning programs. Central to this work was identifying what technologies students and teachers use in these settings and how students receive support when they require assistive technology (AT) to access instruction.
