As both an education and technology policy advocate, Fitzpatrick provides strategic leadership for Michigan Virtual™ — a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that partners with over 500 Michigan K-12 school districts to provide students with high-quality online courses and educators with affordable professional development opportunities — as well as the Michigan Virtual Learning Research Institute®, a center for online learning research and innovation.
